Hey guys,

I'd just like to mention that after looking for a set of boots/rubber magnet gaskets for my CDT mids, I simply called CDT to place an inquiry/order, talked to 'Matt' and within 10 minutes, he called me back and told me a set will be delivered to me by Wednesday-ish...no charge. Now that's good customer service! Does anyone else have some more bona-fida good service stories to share?

+1 for CDT. Last week I called them to ask a few things about my CL-62's and one of their guys took the time to chat with me to make sure that all my questions were answered. Nice guy and good service for sure.

I've also had a good experience with Elemental Designs. They answered my phone calls, were quick to respond to emails and forum posts, and seemed genuinely concerned that I got the right product for my application. What more can you ask for?
