anyone with any ideas for a 2000+ celica box and trunk set ups to give the best sound with 1200watt kenwood amp and 2 10" alpne type r's

 

I would go ported if you want your car to slam.

 

yeah..it all depends on what you want, and how much space you want to give up. If space isn't an issue...go ported, and you'll have to experiment with placement, as every car seems to have their own quirks with regards to max output in a particular location. Many seem to be loudest with the subs facing the rear about 8-10 inches away. Anyway, those are good subs, and with the power you have, it should be loud and clean as long as the box is well designed and built.
