Same here, I like to keep the midbass highpass at below 80Hz. Helps if you have a steep slope too.

Thanks guys, I have Brown-Breaded my doors, they are mounted to a 3/4" MDF piece, it is very solid. DUKK I trhink I tried running the deck HP at 80hz, and the HP X-Card at 60hz, will this cause any conflict, or will the combined crossover slope be alright? What I mean is, is it ok to run 80 and 60 as the crossover points combined? If so, I will try that. Thanks!

Thanks DWVW for the help. I assume the old Rockford X-Cards were a 12db slope, and my Alpine deck (7894) probably is also......
