Don't slam me for asking this but it looks like I'll have an extra set of components because I found another set at a price I couldn't refuse. So rather than box up my two week old components I was thinking of relocating them to the rear of the car replacing my 6x9s. Has anyone had any luck with this? I know staging is the important.

If you have decent midbass and won't miss the midbass the 6x9s were providing then I say go for it. [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

if you install them in the rear, you could always play around with the fader control, and find the happy medium.

Personally I prefer no rear fill, but you might find that only a small amount of rear fill is right, or maybe a lot is what you like... either way with I'd try it just to see if you like the difference...
