Just do it! its easy, i have yet to buy the harness, its a waste of money unless u plan to put the factory deck back in one day in my opinion.

Dude, you have started what, 3 threads all asking the same thing? Pretty quick someone is going to make a post telling you what to do and you will do it. Next thing you know is that the person telling you what to do, that you listened to, did not infact know what they were talking about and your car is going up in smoke. GO TO A SHOP AND GET THE CAR FIXED, LESSON LEARNED. Then next time ask for help before you cause all sorts of damage.

Store bought harnesses are for panzy's FTW lol J/K, sometimes i forget that a headunit can be such a mystery for some folks. Anyway, cheers

Buy the adapter, don't hard wire it!
