Cursed US E-tailers

After 3 hours of time with this customer, ordering in the product that he wanted, service was not the issue. Finding the proper mix of products was not the issue. Being able to look after him has proven not to be the issue (the Symbilink cable was for him). In this case he came to me, pried me for every ounce of information he could get and then headed to the unauthorized e-tailer.

that sucks...the information sucking consumer....i regret to say...that many many many years ago...i use to be this consumer......many many years ago. Back then there was no internet. but id get info and then go look for the cheapest stre that had it.,..
I apologize for my actions from when i was fresh out of school. i didnt know any better back then.
that does suck. i answer calls like this every day. and its just people wanting info to know what to buy on that famous ebay.
