Custom fees on replacement product

ED will file a damage claim with UPS because we i received my NINe.2x today it was damaged . So the question is will there be some ridiculous custom fee again on the replacement amp or bc it's a replacement they will let it go thru without charging me?

Thanks

I think it will depends what the description for the package, if they mention repair or replacement they should let it go thru, if not ill do like your friend did. Thanks
