Cut stock harness...what now?

Stereo harness problems
I have 2006 sienna xle with jbl stock crap and I'm replacing with Sony deck and amp my problem is that the person installing cut the harness to hard wire everything ( to much to explain why) hooked up constant and ground but can't find switched power wire. Little bit researching Im assuming your not supposed to cut them, what do I do now? I want to bypass jbl amp also. Do I just splice back together and order new harness? My understanding is I'll need 2 because one is to bypass stock amp. Or wil it even work? Need help please.

Take your car to an independent car audio shop.
The hassel and stress is not worth the time. Most installs on a deck are under $100.00 and its better than being upset with your "buddy" because he screwed something up.
