Discharging a capacitor and the install of one
lmao i discharge small electronic caps like that and not the vehicle caps hahahaah and no FS didnt show me squat so far. i just do what i do best and i am good at it. i havent been doing it for 10 + years but still.
i thought you could get discharge it with a resistor and just connect he + and -...you mean to tell me i could have burned myself??? i'm gonna kill rockford and his fosgate...damn online knowledge base bs
Use a tset light, its what ive always used. To discharge, connect test light to ground, and tip to cap neg, wait till light dims out, it is discharged. To charge, connect test light to 12 volt constant, and tip to cap pos, when light goes out, it is charged. Hook it up how you would a battery, pos then ground and your done.
