The rear deck? well, it's only an 8inch sub, and to be honest it doesn't put out much bass at all.

I want a system that will really pound, and without some subs, i can't do that

FOr $1000 you can easily get 1 or 2 subs with a nice amp to power it. Are you looking to buy localy at a store or would you buy online ?

If you want to really thump, from my experience the JBL 1200.1 is a good start for an amp. Match it with a single high end 12, or 15. I have an Inhuman 15 with a 1200.1 and it's retarded loud, don't even try to breathe at full volume [img]tongue.gif[/img] But seriously, look into an Adire Audio Brahma. Very nice subs that get loud and still stay very linear at high volumes.
