Door or Back speakers?

I am jsut about to put in my 12" memphis sub in the back of my 98 hatchback civic. at the same time i want to put in either some new door speakers or some new 6x9's in the back. im not sure exactly what would give me the best bang for the buck. im lookin to spend about 130-150$. if i get some high quality speaks would it be a waste to put them in without hookin it up to an amp? thanks for the help.

Door speakers first. You need 6 1/2 inch.

why do you say 6 1/2"?
i was at radioactive today looking at some stuff and they got in these infiniti 505 cs or some **** and were selling them for $150, he said the original price was $500 but tehy were makin a newer version so sent these out. anyone have these or know if they are good? one guy there said he bought a pair and loved them.

Those Infinity's are pretty good speakers, but they have pretty much always been about $250 at FS. $150 is a deal but don't expect them to keep up with $500 speakers.

I say 6 1/2's though because that's the size of the factory speakers in your car.
