no i knew it was damaged. i was fully aware of the risk i was taking. he never jipped me off in any way. i knew way in advance of what was wrong with the deck.

ahh. o well i'm not keeping it. i'm giving it back to him. i still have my speakers so it's not even a done deal yet.
