To attach them I bot some bolts and screwed them through the base of the pod(before I had the baffle and complete enclosure on) and through the door panel which in my car is just made from some cheap 1/4" particle board. Put some bolts through the holes and hardend them onto the inside of the pod's with some resin.

Then to take them on and off all I gotta do is take the bolts off the back of the door panel. Pretty quick to do, and I can put the stock speaker covers on and it looks like stock again.

I know someone posted about Fibreglassing awhile ago, and there was a bunch of links on how to fibreglass, anyone have those kickin around??
