wow, kinda surprised by that one. Appeared to be a stable company. But I guess car audio is a tough business to be in.
Lots of cheap consumers out there who don't support shops anymore. Oh, but guess where the first place they go when they get their stuff from ebay and they can't figure out how to install it or they have a problem with it????????!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe their is some value to buying at a shop?

I heard about this yesterday. Warranty will still be honoured. The parent company of Eclipse, Fujitsu Ten, is not going anywhere. So everyone with Eclipse units will still have full warranty. I think I am going to buy up as much of the remaining inventory that I can if you ask me. The equipment is incredible.
