Darn, Eclipse was a good company with good products at a great price point. The big box scenario sounds just like so many other companies who went for the high sales low margin route who failed. While not perfect I have been using my CD7100 for several years and as I improve the system the HU is still up to the task of a world class HU for not a lot of cash.

sold the line for about a year. was a nice HU and the mids did nice for the $ too. not a bad brand, but when they make a move to cut corners...its death

i am happy that their pile of crap line is done and hopefully forever....i looked forward to this day and will be glad to never have to install another peice of eclipse crap.....so happy i am in fact that i am going to go celebrate with a beer....bye bye eclipse.....
