Hey guys,

I have a pair of elemental designs K series...not ht ones with the flat cones...so about 2002 model.

I was looking at some JL audio w6's...
(both 12" models)

I was contemplating selling the elementals and getting 12" w6's instead.

Is this is wise choice? Im looking to gain spl and maybe sq...if the sq is close..its all good..but in terms of spl...and a better woofer..?

Help me out

Thanks

I would stick with the K's myself is they were still in good condition.

Well if someone was to offer me, NIB, either the '02 k series or the w6v.1 I would take the w6.
But these are used right, and in my mind, not worth the trouble of making the change.

If I was going to upgrade subs I would want it to be more of a significant change. Like into an A series or the like.
