Depends on what you are tring to achive. If you have a all out compition system. Then yes. Every little bit of quality and functionality will help but if its a daily driver/local show type system then no. The Lanzar products are really not bad. They have there low line in subs and amps (Cheap) but they also have there comp. series the opti series. I had the Vibe740V once apon a time and was very happy with it.

oh and also if this line driver / eq i get has an output of like 7 or 8 volts and my 1 amp has a max input of 8 but the other is 500mv - 3 v.. so will this potentially damage the one amplifier?
