I don't know about other areas, but I have found ALL of the stores in Kamloops discourage you from financing. As a salesperson and as a customer. This is the funniest thing I have heard!!!! They don't want people to finance cus it costs them too much interest. They don't want you to sell financing cus it costs the buisness money.

The best thing you can do with your shop is to get a good financing plan. Do you really care where the money comes from? If I were to tell you I have an investment that costs you 20 dollars and you make 2000, would you be interested? HELL YES.

I know when I first started into serious car audio, I financed ALOT of gear. I couldn't afford to spend 2-3+ thousand dollars when I only made like 7-8 bucks an hour. Financing was the key. And what happened? I bought more gear.

 

My first big purchase came through financing. I don't regret getting into debt over car audio, best thing I have ever done. As for offering it to customers, we of course do and I would recomend every shop have some form of it.
