the pics were taken before the plastic was really cleaned up and hit with the heat gun. there is a grill cloth cover that clips over each factory grill
|
Are you going to fix the rest of the deficiencies in the pictures?
|
no, i thought that i would leave the woofers and tweeters without grills and would leave the dash bezel the wrong color, like i said earlier, these are almost finished pics, we still need a day to finish it, but the owner needed the car for a trip that she had to take. tomorrow the car is back to finish it up
|
Why the seam in the material where the tweeter is ???
|
the seam was necessary becasue of the inside curve. it gets pretty hot here in the summer and they will get hit all day in the sun and i didnt want the vinyl to lift. i have tried every glue on the planet and nothing that i have ever used would have held, so the seam had to be used

lookin good bro! Nice work as usual!
But why hide such a sexy processor? Convince your client to show it :D . Kris |

Just wondering how much room the kick panels take up. |
there was just no room for the processor that allowed us to keep the hatch area flat. it was a tough decision to hide but there was no choice.
the kick panels do take up some room but we wanted to get .35 sealed so we cut as much metal as we could and did what we had to to get the desired airspace |
so how much time went into that car? how much in labor? By the way another 'ing install and car...
