its not charge prob. i only use mine to check my voltage since my alternator is going. 13.8volts lol use to be 14.45

i don't think it's a charge problem, my thoughts were either it's a warning light or it's actually supposed to be a flashing led...which ****'s me off so just remove the problem lol

im not saying its a charge issue. im saying DID you charge it. has to be charged with a resistor or a 12vold mini light bulb. if thats not done then do it lol check online for a how to charge a cap and you will find the info.. or if it was done properly well ditch it. sell it whatever lol. its useless anyway

its not necassarily useless. people just throw caps in and expect them to solve all of their electrical problems. it won't hurt anything, it just may not help as much as you'd like. its just a small buffer/band-aid.

as far as the light, i have only seen the values flash on digital ones when not fully charged...if it is charged though, maybe it was simply designed like that, or maybe it faulty...i don't think a 1 farad will help a wholle lot anyways, so just remove the display or remove it all together. i hate flashing lights in the car at nighttime, i hear ya lol

i charged it properly like every cap i've ever had or installed in a system just thinking that this one was different never had a stinger cap before. so you think it's fried if it's flashing ?

i know it's not going to do a whole lot, just got one for the hell of it from someone i put i system in for and i said why not add something to the sytem for next to nothing...

i installed a few stinger and they dont flash. unless it wasnt charged properly

Ya were pretty close i'm actually from blind river in between soo ste marrie and sudbury. I'm in sudz lots though and lived there for awhile.
