Easy to do! Most bit-torrent client programs let you choose which files you want to download inside of the torrent.

I use uTorrent and it makes it easy to weed out things you don't need in a torrent such as text files, albums I don't want within the discography, etc. Just open the torrent from the website, and when it pops into uTorrent, just click the checkboxes on or off for which files you want. Easy peazy.

It says "Frostwire is currently connecting to the internet", Limewire was atleast instant. What am I doing wrong?
Sounds like a firewall issue.

Port Forward is your friend.

When you follow that link, scroll down to which router is yours, click it, then choose the app on the following page that you want to forward the port from and it'll explain exactly what you need to do.

Works with essentially every program and service out there and solves most slow download/non-connecting issues with torrents/filesharing/Netflix/practically anything.

Starting connection 1 of 5 bars
Frostwire has detected a firewall
Sharing 801 files

How do I know which router is mine?

The Firewall is on "Universal Plug N' Play" automatic detection so Frostwire can work around a firewall but not if my router doesn't support UPNP. I dunno where to look.

You're going to have to physically look at your router for brand and model number. Assuming you have a router.

I'm too lazy to look for what I think is a router.

I found Speak Her Sex with Google.

How do torrents work with Frostwire?
