Cuz it can handle it... It can handle roughly 750 watts clean, if not more. !

Yes... I suppose it was getting a bit too much power..I guess.
But the BIG 8 can/will handle alot lot more..
I hooked it up to A fosgate 1050s amp today..I was utterly shocked ! [img]graemlins/bow.gif[/img]

That fosagate amp was amazing !Cant stand teh look of them though....

Ahhh no, that screams Power Acoustik all over it, I'll take a Sony over that. Use the Rockford and put an Xtant shroud over the top, we won't tell.
