Just because you say it twice doesn't make it true
Notice I said sell not build. Not Focal, although I am 100% sure it was actually built by them. It was a car audio company.

Anyways on to my question.
This is an easy one, what was the name of the first car audio company to sell tweeters with inverted yellow domes, and subwoofers with a multiple small magnets instead of one large magnet?

The plaque said JB's when I saw it! I must have seen it after you! The installer who 'supposedly' did it was rumored to have opened a shop in Lethbridge, from what I heard.
And you are right with Hollywood Sound Labs, wonder why they never caught on?

Good question about HSL. I remember their ads for those subs. I 'think' they only offered the multi-mag in a 15. The magnets were teal in color. I look for them on Ebay now and then and never find them.
Tell me the brand name of the first tactile transducer marketed for car audio use. And this is before Aura or Alpine got into the market with their bass shakers.
