good deck

hi guys im new here just got a 04 jetta gli and was looking to put a deck in it but i dont no what deck is good to get
i have a alpine cda-9831 in there now but dont like it too much the speakers and amp in the car are both bose's but im thinking about putting in some focal's i like to get a good deck for when i upgrade the speakers

my ear's are open

This depends on the level that you expect to take the system to. A careful match of speakers, amplification, head unit and install can make or break the best of systems. That said, I am a firm beleiver in a solid cd player and my recommendation is Eclipse. In the last 20 years of retail, the only cd player that I can now recommend aside from a Eclipse is the super old (1992 and older) made in Japan Alpine units and some of the current Pioneer Premiere units.

100% Eclipse CD3100 or up!!

These decks have many sound quality features such as 5volt preouts and adjustable crossovers!

depends on your budget, super high end HU's? If so Nak or the Clarion 9255. The Clarion has won countless awards at CES.
