when i was a retailer and didnt care for the rep but could not do without the product i just went around the rep no problem. however if you have a problem with the distributor for whatever reason and you cant resolve it keeping in mind long term relationships and you cant get around it than that is too bad and you should move on..... simple you dont have to like anyone in this industry.
just worry weather or not it makes you money.
the reps will get over it!!!!!

 

Weather, I am worrying about the weather, it needs to snow damnit. As far as the whether goes, the industry is a cycle, it goes up and down, just make sure you go up with it.
