Is this a good sub-box design (pics inside)

I have a 92 Nissan 240sx Coupe and I'm trying to figure out the
best way to mount a 10" sub in the trunk. I am getting an
Alpine MRP-M350 200W mono sub and Alpine SWR-1041D Type-R
10" sub.
The 10" will prolly require a box with a total height of 12" to 14"
according to my measurements, and that kind of height space
the trunk just doesn't have where I want to put the box (very
close to rear seat). Also I want to build a box with at
least .8cubic feet of volume.
So I figured I put the sub at an angle. See the pic below for the
kind of box I plan to design: This is a rendering I did in a 3D program.
Comments? As long as I meet the volume requirements, would
the shape or angle the sub is facing have any sort of major impact
on sound?

The shape of the box wont really matter but the angle of the sub (essentially the direction it is facing) will matter. I learned that one from experience. But my experience was in a hatchback, i think in a trunk in wont matter too much. The general rule is to face the sub towards the back, or so the tell me. I like to face it up in my hatchback.
The rendering is really cool. What program does that? If i give you dimensions can you make a rendering for me or does it take a long time?
