I was thinking about getting this for rear: http://www.genuinecanadianaudio.com/...roducts_id=253
and these for front:

I think those would be better then my Pioneer comps. I have now....

I would buy better omps for the front, and forget the rear fill.
All rear fill does in most applications is take away from the sound stage/imaging up front.
Consider what sort of car you drive, as well. If it is a small car, then rear fill is going to be pointless, except to pull your soundstage to the rear, which is what (generally) you want to avoid.
I'd save some of the cash you're trying to spend on rear fill, and buy a 'better' set of front comps.
You already have a comp set, as you mentioned, so why not try usuing the mids from that set as your rear fill. Tweeters in the rear are going to be an imaging nightmare, so I have been told over and over again.
Also, if you're seriously trying to compete, why not stick with Two subs, instead of four? Bumping yourself up a class in comps is going to put you in a class with people that (overall) are really serious (ie- strictly competition, vs. daily driver comp, as you mentioned you would be). Its generally a good plan to try to 'master' a lower class, before you dive right into a higher one, in any sort of competition.
just my 2 cents...enjoy.
