Having a hard time

I probably won't be able to pick up all the lines mentioned. Too much of an intial cost, however I was looking to see what everyone thought of those lines.
Mainly I need to know the following:
If you had to pick say 5 lines what would they be? If they're not on the list please feel free to add it into your post.
Where would you like to see a shop open in the area east of Toronto?
What services/events would you like to see available at the shop?
Things of that nature.
Thanks guys keep the ideas coming.

if not, i would suggest staying away from the major banks and hitting the Business Development Bank of Canada.

Currently I'm saving up, I'd like to have about 10% of what I'm looking to borrow. Some family is helping me out. Unfortunatly I don't own a house or have anything with equity, so I am stuck with coming up with the cash on my own, which is probably better in the long run anyhow.
Any suggestions for a business plan? What are the banks/lenders really looking for?
I have a rough plan drawn up, needs some fine tuning but I think it looks pretty good. Just need to work on the numbers.

Pickering sounds like a good location to me. I live in Ajax, there is a pretty good shop there, Custom Audio. But your line list is more impressive. Good luck with your business plans. Keep in mind that online sales are cutting prices, thus margins to just about nil. Installs, service and custom work might sell well. It's been said about return frequency. I only buy a system every 4-5 years, and never been in the same city that long.
Who am I to talk, I bought on-line and I'm doing my own install. But I might need some help.
