Just had to show off these pics. I just got these 2...lets say "mini monsters"...in at noon today. Can't wait to get them installed with about 1100Wrms each.

This is the e8A.44 that I know a number of you got a chance to take a close look at and handle at the Jan 10th DB Drag. As many of you know they are pretty damn beefy for an 8" sub.

That is until you see this! This is one of the new "Big 8's" that I just received.

Here are the 2 side by side.

And here is 2 "Big 8's" looking like they want to crush the e8A.44.

Got a couple more on the gallery if anyone is interested. Just pulled these out of the box and HAD to show everyone...

what size-range of boxes do those things need, Jon?

Eventually wont the huge-size 8's require such a big box that the size advantage they enjoy over 10's will be nullified?

I wonder what George thinks of these?

Anyways, my opinion, is very nice, but not for me... In my next install I want an 8" that I can put under my dash in the passenger compartment.... actually maybe a 5"... I'm considering 1 or 2 Focal 5WS's
