I know someone here can help me out. I just got an Eclipse CD5444 and and trying to figure out the security settings. There are 3 options. CD Key, MS stick and ACC. I know what the CD key option is and don't want to use that option but I don't know what the other options mean or how to set them up. The manual is REALLY confusion. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks
Scott

I always recomend you go back to the dealer that sold it to you and they should help you with it if they dont know how. tell them to learn!!!

And use the key cd, it is hands down the best security feature that you can have in a cd player. If you ever lose your key cd, all it takes is a trip to any Eclipse dealer and the unit can be unlocked agian.

Aren't Eclipse dealers supposed to register your deck for you at the time of purchase? That's what my dealer did when I picked up my HU.

I choose the stick because I can place the stick some where in my car if the battery dies etc. it right there. I find the stick my first choice.

It rarely happens as Eclipse corporate never enter the things until 6 - 8 months from now. I have registered every single customer I have sold to in the last 9 years.
