help find me speakers for van please!
hey everyone!
let me make it short and sweet, i have a sprinter van, cargo, stock it came with a tape deck and 2 worthless 4 inch speakers in the dash
since then i have replaced the factory stuff with...
JVC KD-G430 deck
Infinity BASSLINK sub (under the pass seat)
Infinity 4012i speakers, to replace the 4 inch, just popped right in
during the holidays i got Infinity 42.7i (low sale price!)
i am not to blown away by the difference between the kappas and the 4012i speakers, i want to basically get the best or close to the best 4 inch speakers i can but i dont know where to look, i dont want anything with separate tweeters or anything like that, just something that will pretty much plug and play, is there anything better in 4 inches than these kappa speakers?

Due to the size (4") speakers the only noticeable improvement to the existing sound would be to add a separate amp to power them.
That will help it play louder and clearer than just running off of stock HU, and if you use the crossover from the amp or HU, you should eliminate some of the lower frequency's that will cause distortion, because the 4" can't really play the lower range frequencies.
Best would be to add a small sub to fill in the lows to cover the sound spectrum.
