I recently put in an 8" RE in my car for midbass, and it is definately a great choice.. I'm considering buying a second just because they're such great bank for your buck.

I have the eD 9Kv.2 and I have loved it.
However, I have not tried it in a sealed box. I was impressed with how well it performed in a .55 ported box, so I'm guessing that it would do well in a .35 sealed.

i've got two 9kv.2's in my car. I've run them IB and sealed and they were a great driver for sure. price point at $55 is a deal even USD.
