Help pretty pls

Ive installed a pioneer deh4000ub (deck) and also installed a cd-btb200 (bluetooth) however im not able to get the deck to register with the paired connection...these two products are compatable. Im currently using a samsung omnia cell phone

it flahes connecting for about a min then goes to ERROR....theres nothing in the pioneer book and ive called pioneer canada and they were rude and gave no help.

Is the phone bluetooth activated? If yes did you put it in discovery mode before trying to pair it from the deck?

Do you have another phone you can test?

with the pioneers you have to go into BT mode and set up it up to pair with a device..then search for the device with your phone and pair it.
