ask them to fix it but be there at they're side and look at what they are doing to make sure everything is perfect to your taste

thats what i would do but personnaly i prefer doing it myself ( perfectionist lol)

yea most deff i got a pretty decent deal on everything too, i was just dissapointed its my first "real" system and it basically broke randomly on me lmao

You might have popped one of the fuses used to set impedance. Go back and have them look at it.
