help! what would you do

Give your employer a chance to match (unless in your heart of hearts you have already decided to leave). Get this new offer in writing. Your only duty is to work for the place that will compensate you the best and to do the best job you can for the company that signs your cheque.

Changing jobs is a hoot! Provided you do your research and know that you fit in at the new place, don't hesitate and miss you chance.
Changing jobs was the best move I ever made.

we've worked things out and i am much happier with how things are going and i am staying with my current employer. they beat the other guys money wise and i am getting the woodshop and tools that i wanted so i'm stoked. i guess everythin happens for a reason.

sorry that u didn't sign on Merlin! you would have enjoyed the team. cause after all u are still working with the same people and the original problems could very well creep up. but on a more possitive note all the best to ya. more than likly things will be what u make them!
