I have (4) dual 4ohm ix8s skar subwoofers. I have ignite audio 4000w amp. I would like to wire down these subs to 1ohm but that’s not possible all 4 together. I would like to wire each pair down to 1ohm. My amp is a mono block stable at 1ohm. It has a 2 channel mode on it. In the manual it says not to wire down to 1ohm on each channel. Only 2-8ohms when using 2 channel. But you can wire down to 1ohm when only using 1 channel. I’m wondering why this is or if it would be safe to wire down to 1ohm on each channel. I’ve attached a picture of the manual. Thanks.
