i just bought a 2005 ford f-150 with the stock radio its a cd player might keep it that way to so what in need to know is how do i install a amp and sub if it does not have pre outs.

 

2 ways... line out converter, or an amp with hi-level inputs.

 

yup, I second that, thats all u can do.
I personally would buy a new deck though, your not going to have much control over your subs and it would sound that great to boot. Plus a good possibility of getting noise.
