FedEx or USPS all the way.
........or you can just call them and tell them to hold the package at your local hub or whatever, and that you will go there yourself and pick it up/sign for it. this way you save alot of time than waiting for the delivery guy.

I tired this, and they insisted that they MUST try at least 1 (might have been all 3) delivery attempt(s). Purolator also must attempt to deliver before it will show up at the pickup depot (the next day).
After arguing with both for a long time (multiple attempts) I only get items shipped by Canpost, at least I can pick it up after 5pm. Canpost also requires a delivery attempt.
The only solution Purolator offered me (UPS might as well have said **** off) is if I put the shipping address as their pickup depot address. That sure isn't happening.

Yea, I asked about a pickup place one time and they said that it couldn't be picked up. It's stupid. Purolater, not as bad, they usually just leave a slip so I can pick it up next day. But fedex has been the best to me, drop at my door & I get a bill in the mail later...sometimes.
