How do I buff scratches out of Plexi?

Hey
as stated earlier by a few other members the Meguiars stuff is good, I also use Millwax and Novus stuff on my pinball machines and other plexi/lexan covers.
Like DWVW said practice first on scrap, it is very easy to burn the plexi from too much pressure. It takes a long time do hand polish a large area, also tough on the arms.
