Listen just leave the guy alone. Stop teasing. The only reason why you all are making fun of him is because you wouldn't be able to beat him. Yo Fraz those subs are crazy mang. You will probably do at least 155db's.Come to the show on Sunday at keele and Highway 7 and show these guys what REAL numbers are.

I know you spl guys are all hot in the pants for the subz that can queef the loudest at 60hz.. but this is the general section...

A pair of 12 or 13W7s does have the potential to make your vision blurry @ 20hz....

That's really nice. I don't think a person would want any higher db levels than that anyways. My bu hits 145.5 (which is low for 4 15's, but it isn't built for spl) and that's probably too loud for listening to on a daily basis. I'm installing one 12 in my newer car.. should be perfect.

OP - 12w7's are nice. Power them properly in the proper enclosure and they'll sound nice.

a certain someone was right about taking a look at this post..LOL...
to the original poster, you cant just post a question asking how hard will it hit, will I brutalize everyone else and so forth.. and of course throw into the mix the whole what about this sub and that sub.. there are many things to factor...

-first off what is your goal (SPL competition, daily usage with some sort of competition etc)
-what vehice do you have (scratch that.. you mentioned you have a 528)
-what amplifier will you be running
-What do you have for battery power
-what class?
-so much more

just come to the comp.. show these Toronto gabronis you mean business and spank them with the wubaya sevens!!!
