Guys,
what about the 5hz i mentionned, you wanna test your system, put the telarc "great fantasy adventure album" and put on the jurassic park song, youll feel it before you hear it....very very cool.

A bomb is between 6-12 Hz...any lower than 6Hz...good luck even recording it without being killed :P (i think earthquake shockwaves are about 4-6Hz depending on magnitude.

Under 12Hz shockwaves are dangerous to the heart's natural frequency.

I thought the "brown note" was at 12Hz and below (varying depending on what was consumed by the individual).... or maybe its just me having killer farts after the beans I ate today

back to the OP- I actually measured the lowest frequency of the Hoods Run Down (16Hz) and I can definitely pick it up- "[I am] bangin' mother^(#er!"

rofl, that song was the best! My friends and I used to rate ourselves out of 5 based on how many notes we could pick up. My subs used to move on my old set up, I need to find a CD with it and try it on the new stuff lol

It goes in sequence of:
41hz (E1 note)
35hz (c#1)
27hz (A0)
20hz (E0)
and it's actually 15Hz (C0 note)...

in what scale lol. or is it octave? I haven't had to read music it about 5 or 6 years so I'm out of the loop
