How much powerful can the amp be than the subs

Alright so I screwed up and bought two 12" kenwood subs rated at 400 watts rms each and bough a Belva sub rated at 1800 watts rms

My question is can I use this amp with these subs or do I need to return one of them and buy another that has matching watts

This is the first time I've bought subs and amp but I have a general idea of how everything should be

you can still use that amp, just keep the gains down. Are the kenwood subs dual 2 ohm, dual 4 ohm, what are they?

I would first try running an 8ohm load , that will drop the amps output
by at least 50% and the damping will be higher

If I wore them to 8 ohms the rms will be too low to run the subs. And they're svc so I can't run them at 4 ohms, so i guess I'll have to wire them to 2 ohms and turn the gain down
