Ok, so I've been looking at some subs and amp and was wondering how would these work together in a sealed box?

It will not work to a full potential. Two subs like that bridged are going to be wired to 4 ohms. One channel amps do not put out full power at 4 ohms. You may want to run those subs with two channel amp, but that would not be very efficient. If you like that amp, then look for two subs, which are single 4 ohmers, so when you bridge them to one channel, you get full output from the amp at 2 ohms.

Bottom line, this combo is pretty bad.
