How will this sound?
I couldn't find the amp's specs after a quick search so I'm going to assume you're talking peak watts and that it's a mono amp. To be frank, if you're going to be running the 6x9's off deck power then the setup will likely sound like crap compared to what it should/could with a decent speaker amp at around 75-150w+ RMS x 2 to them. If the amp is rated 2600w peak and it's half-decent then it would probably be a fairly good match power-wise to the sub, just need to tune the gain properly.. and i hope you're not planning on running any smaller than 4gauge power wiring to it.
What box will the sub be going into?

I'm gunna go out a limb and say sound very mediocre AT BEST.
your gunna want more regardless so buying this money you could have used towards actual quality equipment. save up then choose a set up that will work for the future is what i tell most people with starter systems

What model is it?
If it's a Pioneer TS-SW1241D then according to bassworx, 0.8cu.ft ported or sealed would be optimum. http://www.bassworx.com/matrix/#woof...2:TS-SW1241D:1
And as for the amp, that 4 channel is a second amplifier, not one you planned on hooking up to the sub, right? 90w x 4 RMS is a pretty good amount of power for speakers

Its the ts-w309 champion series woofer ,
The idea is to hook the amp up to the sub , is this not a good idea ?
Should i get another amp
?
Im thinking of putting the 6x9's on the amp and the sub on the amp ...

You're going to bridge 2 of the channels to the sub? Your sub is 300W rms, so that may be a good match. Not sure if the amp has built-in sub crossover, so that is something to consider (you NEED that for the sub; if that amp doesn't have it, you'll need an outboard passive x-over, or a different amp)
Okay that changes things, should be a decent setup man. Sub will probably be under-powered but it'll fill in the lows better than nothing, and you have a good amount going to the speakers.
