HI everybody!! , all the folk at CCA. I cant wait to compete, here in Calgary, or where-ever especially when I get my 500SI or ZR1000 from this awesome guy in Calgary. But when I do, rather then annoy you guys, where would there be a good website regarding the different classes and such? I have no idea which class I'd fit into. I have 1 12, and may have two in the comp. (or near future, which ever comes first) and will be running one 1000 (+)watt RMS amp. but to classify myself, and check to make sure I follow the rules, I just want to check up on any website, that goes over the details and classes. Thanks guys.

The 2005 dB Drag rules are not up yet but they will not change much from the 2004 if at all. Check out www.termpro.com and find your way around the site. Or click this link: http://www.termpro.com/dbdrag/rules/rules1.html for the 2004 rules.

As for IASCA, I'm pretty sure there isn't a whole hell of a lot of shows put on by them in Canada, but you can go to www.iasca.com and find the rules there too.

Alberta has tons of competitions as compared to BC. You'll get lots of fun under your belt. Do the road trips because it's half the fun!

Good luck

MECA's SPL rule changes are going to be significant, no more amp ratings... going to in line fuse ratings!

I will be offering USACi SPL this year, in Western Canada, Ontario, and the Maritimes.

I only compete in SQ and have enjoyed it immensely, The IASCA competitors I met at SVR and Finals are great and all the MECA guys I have met are great company. I have run with many SPL guys with dBdrag and USACi too… Fine chaps!
