Just for the hell of it I through in the new Crystal Method cd just now to have a listen. I had moved the speakers in my room around so the speakers and me made almost a perfect triangle. I turned off the lights and closed my eyes and started to listen. It took a while for the center to be placed since I obviously knew where the speakers were. It was pretty cool once I really got listening to it. The speakers are about 2 feet apart and I'm about 2 feet away from them but in one song it actually sounded like their were sounds coming from about 10 feet off to my left. Another interesting thing was I had a nice center but in one song their was something rattling very quietly by the left speaker from the bass. As soon as I heard that rattle I had NO center anymore.. I never thought such a small rattle would destroy a soundstage like that but it did.

I know most of you wont give a crap about this but I found it sorta cool.
