Infinity Reference 10" 1050W
Hey guys,
Someone is trying to sell me an Infinity 1050W (250 watts rms) with a sealed box for $125..
When I went to go pickup my amp from this other dude today, he told me that the subwoofer was weak and wouldn't be powerful in a 4 door civic..
has anyone had experience with infinity subwoofers (more specifically this model) and what are your thoughts on the product & brand..??
Any input helps guys, thanks..

depends on what you want. If you want good bass to fill in your bottom end, then it's more than enough. If you want to make a lot of noise, then it won't do. The brand is good, Infinity has been around for 20+ years in car audio, is a well respected brand in home audio, is owned by a well respected company..Harman International, owners of JBL and Harman Kardan. I've personally used those subs, and had good results, though I had 2 of them in a ported box and powered by a 600 watt amp. It delivered loud, clean, bass. The price is a little high for that package though, as those subs were regularly on sale a future shop for $50.00, and a sealed box should be no more than 40-50.00...brand new.
