Innovatek W-72GPS Questions?

getting closer to acquiring all the stuff i need. just need a good 4 channel amp now. im on the fence to whether i should get an Infinity 4 channel so all my stuff matches, then when the cheap Innovatek dies, i'll spring for a high end DD 7" unit, Pioneer, Alpine, or Kenwood..... at least my speakers and amps will be ok.
im realizing there is a pile of stuff i need to install, like wire (thick stuff for the two amps), and a way to connect them to my battery, maybe some sound deadening stuff for my door speakers. Ill prolly get a couple of Amp install kits from a discount place, as i see i can get them for 20-30 bucks instead of 200+ from store! oh, this is gonna be a big job i can see..... ;-)
at least i have a good heated shop to do it all in!

well i got the head unit installed in the dash. Me and my Dad spent the morning fabricating a mount for it, and it turned out real good. I wanted to see what i'd need to install it, and we decided to find a wiring harness "adapter" so we can re-install the factory unit at sale time.... Anyways, taking the dash apart was too easy ;-) and three screws later the factory was out. I used the "cage" around the Innovatek, and we made some mounts out of metal L- type brackets from some other stuff (My Dad keeps alot of "junk" from otherstuff in his shop), it worked out awesome, we used a dremmel and pop riveted our "mounting tabs" oto the headunit cage, mounted it in the dash, slipped the headunit in and re-installed the front dash cover, and it fits beautifully! now i know why the 'ol man keeps that stuff in his shop!
now i need to get a harness, wire it up, mount the GPS antennae, run the 4 ga. amp cables from the battery to the rear of the cab, run RCA cables from head unit to rear of cab, install speaker cables, install sub, and finally all the Infinity speakers.... damn, alot of work! Im thinking of taking the seats completely out of the cab to do it all, i'd imagine thats what most guys do?

Ive had it installed for a couple weeks now, along with the back up camera, and a 320GB 2.5" HD, and ill say this headunit is awesome! for 210.00, its got an awesome GPS, full function bluetooth, back up camera function, very good 7" display. It works awesome with my iPhone4, handsfree calls, music over bluetooth, and it can go on the net.... damn, what a deal! i totally recommend it! i got mine from mp3playerstore.com, they shipped it out in four days from payment..... what a steal!

^ I have been using it for a year and have been impressed myself except for the bluetooth music quality,
I installed Igo GPS software with the latest maps and its great. The original GPS software was ****.
Its not the greatest quality, but its a decent unit, especially for the price.

I did that and still no automatic switch on backup camera, because of that I tryed to reinstall the navigation firmware (WIn CE6.0) and now I have a bigger problem;
I have a "beautifull 7" brick". The firmware is starting installation but after restart is just loading (I let it for 1 and a half hour and it have same loading screen) froma time to time it is restarting and then is loading again. Anyone can tell me how can I repair that?
