What's the pay like?

 

For future reference, this would be one of the LAST questions you would ask when dealing with a prospective employer.

 

I disagree KillerGrand...I'm not going to waste my time or my potential employers time on interviews and formalities if the level of pay is significantly less than what I am already earning.

If you go on Monster.ca or Workopolis.ca or anything similar to these the majority of job postings do state at least a starting salary/wage which is almost always negotiable.

Just another way to bring the number of applicants down.

You should try an recruit Marco from my store (12). Just kidding....you can't have him. So don't even try. Pitch the idea at the Calgary training seminars to see if any installers want to transfer.
