How much would it cost to get it fixed on my pioneer DEHP-9300? anyone know? or better yet...can anyone fix it?

I've heard you can pluck one out of basically any Pioneer head unit made in the last 5 years ... My local Pioneer dealer says Pioneer sends him the older MOSFET45 chips to fix the MOSFET50 internal amps ... Apparently, they're exactly the same, it's just that MOSFET50 sounds more powerful [img]tongue.gif[/img]

As for how you would go about doing it, I can't help you there ...

I paid $25 for an alpine chip/ soldering is tricky not to cause any shorts

i called one shop today and he said it would be about 200 to fix it with shipping it out and everything, i think it just might be worth it to wait the 2-3 weeks till i get my 2nd amp
